As we move into the New Year, we catch up with Vinnie Milburn, owner of Greenpoint Fish and Lobster, who remains positive and excited about the future for his business. Although hesitant and circumspect about what lies ahead, with a naturally more cautious view, his enthusiasm for both his local wild seafood and the emerging range and quality of some of the new aquaculture seafoods, is keeping him motivated and inspired for 2023.
