Week 7 (March 10) – Reframe Your Body (Physical Health)
Our culture has never been more sedentary, and while many of the foods
we eat are fast and convenient, they also tend to be high in fat, refined
sugars, grains, and calories. Add to that the constant flow of "get healthy"
quick schemes and an overload of information, and many of us are frozen
in place concerning our physical health. This week, we will explore what
the Bible has to say about physical health and provide principles you can
use to get physically fit and healthy and stay that way.
