Epic has asked the Court to have Fortnite put back on iOS and to prevent Apple from terminating its developer relationship with the Company. Apple has (naturally) opposed the request, reserving its right to end its working relationship with Epic.
Now, Epic has responded with a tale of contracts, contract rights, account holders, and termination clauses convoluted enough to do any corporate attorney proud.
