A lot of us in Toronto experienced a mild panic when we couldn’t find toilet paper in any stores last night, so this morning I recorded a quick 2 minute meditation to reprogram the panic and set a new strong intention, a way out of this stress. There’s so much LIFE that JUST happens without much of our input, we eat, we drink and the body does it’s thing to keep us healthy! So many processes happen without us actually tinkering with anything. MEDITATION allows us to come closer to feel what this LIFE FORCE IS and what it’s doing.

Our collective thoughts are like a soup! What kind of soup we make depends a lot on what kind of groceries we got at the store! The store is like life! When we go about life what kind of things are we picking up with our senses? Eventually that’s the kind of soup or life we make! Simply what kind of habits we developed by picking up “thing” in life. If we just observe what we want, what we do, what other people want, what other people do, WHAT NATURE DOES, JUST OBSERVE, JUST PAY ATTENTION, we will clearly see the goals of LIFE, what LIFE DOES. But being a HUMAN adds another special GOAL, simply because of an acquired ABILITY to sense life beyond survival... I wanted to share here the first episode of a separate podcast I started, search @12sphereslife on Instagram. It’s 2020 and just the way things are in the world, I think it’s SO important to do what we love, or at least feel some fulfillment at our work, start thinking of what we can do outside of our own desires, what is NEEDED in the the world, and use our talents to DO MORE, and most importantly be involved in all spheres of life, live a conscious life. The 12 spheres of life are meant for that, to bring all the spheres that we will ALL go through into our conscious every day state! We’ll just get more great things done that way.

We are searching for the next thing that’s going to optimize our life... its wonderful thing, progress, times change , technology changes , new opportunities arise, our overall understanding of life deepens, and so on... but what are some truths of life that will always be present, that have always been around, no matter what human time period it was , is or will be!? The essence of life the source of life is always present at no matter what time year era we live in, I think we must always seek that full experience of life of knowing feeling it fully, and not just being bound to our physical bodily and mental pleasures desires functions!
