7 Tips to Stay Motivated!

I got really sick last week and when I started to feel better,  I had a phone call with a dear friend. He said, "Katie, how about you take next week off even though you feel better. When was the last time you took a break without being injured or sick?" The truth is: I haven't ever let myself really take a break.  I've let this quarantine be a much needed rest and relaxation.  Hope my journey helps you somehow! xox

These foods in these amounts should cover the bases of most adults: 

1/4 cup walnuts 

2-3 Tbsp hemp seeds 

2-3 Tbsp ground flax seeds 

2-3 Tbsp soaked or ground chia seeds
