The coming midterms will feature a whopping 39 gubernatorial races, many for open seats. Ohio is shaping up to be one of the more competitive races, despite its solid GOP leanings. Entrepreneur, author and GOP nominee Vivek Ramaswamy joins Kim Strassel to talk about his race against Democrat Amy Acton. He discusses his desire to turn Ohio into a state that competes with Texas and Florida, offering his plans to slash taxes, "celebrate free enterprise," reimpose meaningful educational standards, and crack down on fraud.
