17-year-old Blake Chappell went missing in October 2011 after attending his homecoming dance. His body was found in a nearby creek two months later. The autopsy confirmed Blake died from a gunshot wound to the head and his death was ruled a homicide. Officials believe he was only in the water for about a week, leaving his whereabouts unknown for weeks.

On September 12, 2025, Scotty Elliot Smith was arrested for Blake's murder.

In the early morning hours of May 20th, 1990, 29-year-old mother of two, Susan Poupart, went to a party, was seen getting into a car with some men in Lac du Flambeau, and was never seen alive again.

In a quiet, gated community in Georgia, Russell and Shirley Dermond seemed to embody the perfect picture of retirement—an 88-year-old World War II veteran and his 87-year-old wife, spending their golden years on the serene shores of Lake Oconee. But in May of 2014, that tranquility was shattered. Russell was found brutally murdered in his garage, decapitated. His head was missing from the scene, and Shirley? She had vanished without a trace.

In July of 2015, two-year-old DeOrr Kunz Jr. vanished without a trace during a family camping trip in Idaho. For years, this case has been shrouded in mystery, swirling with unanswered questions, shifting theories, and heartbreaking dead ends, but now, over a decade later, new information has come to light.

In 1996, 13-year-old Rachel Marie Mellon-Skemp stayed home sick from school. By the end of the day, she, along with a blanket and two pillows from her bed, had vanished into the freezing Illinois winter. There were no witnesses and no trail leading to where Rachel may have gone, and the only story we have comes from the last person to see her alive.

Rachel Marie Mellon-Skemp was last seen on January 31st, 1996, in Bolingbrook, Illinois. She is Asian and White with black hair and hazel eyes. At the time of her disappearance, her hair was shoulder length, she was about 5 feet tall, and weighed approximately 80lbs. She was last seen wearing a pink sweater, yellow sweatpants, and red house slippers.

On Saturday, May 13, 2000, in Adelaide, South Australia, a mother and her teenage daughter were last seen leaving their home at 2:30 a.m. We don’t know why or what happened to them after that.
