Voices of Wrestling Podcast Network

It's Tuesday, you know what that means. On this episode of Music of the Mat, Andrew is joined by pro wrestler Colin Delaney to discuss the themes, career, and life of the late great Jon Huber, a.k.a. Brodie Lee. Colin and Brodie were longtime friends going back to their days as young backyard wrestlers in Rochester, NY, lasting all the way up to Brodie's untimely and tragic passing at the age of 41 in December 2020. Andrew and Colin cover the major hits of Brodie's career, including the "Right Stuff" gimmick, his pivotal transformation into "The Big Rig," his days as Wyatt Family member Luke Harper in WWE, and of course his final role as "The Exalted One" Mr. Brodie Lee in AEW. Colin also shares some fun details about Brodie's taste in music and the McDonald's sandwich that inspired a tag team name. This is a heartfelt, must-listen episode about a wonderful man and the legacy that he left behind.

Night of Thunder bebbeh!

The Days of Thunder lads return for the second in our Thunder Request Live series- where we take listener-requested shows and either review or record a commentary track for. This time listener Tim Emmel @tiemmel was drawn by the Wheel Of Fate, and his choice was the often requested Starrcade '97.

Join in as Dave and Lee lay down a commentary track for the PPV right before Thunder #1 as fans of bats and sadness congregate to see good (sort of) triumph over evil in the main event!

We'll be back in two weeks for a new episode. In the meantime follow us on Twitter ( http://twitter.com/wcwthunderpod ) to keep up to date with us, or go to our linktree ( https://linktr.ee/WCWThunderPod ) to find all the ways you can listen to or follow us. We always want to chat with listeners so come hang out in our channel on the VOW Discord and chat along as we cover the shows.

Thanks as always to Keith Broni for the podcast art.
