After a nice, long layoff, the #WrongBoyz are back in action! On this week’s episode, we share our thoughts on EVOLVE’s new beginning and break down all the matches coming up at this weekend’s EVOLVE 96 and EVOLVE 97 shows. We chat about the parallel rise of Austin Theory and Darby Allin, EVOLVE’s last round of excellent mini-docs and an ingenious plan to return Aaron B to the good graces of the promotion he once betrayed. All that and more on Everything Evolves 13!

In this week’s edition of the New Japan Purocast, we continue our discussion of the World Tag League, including one of the best heavyweight tag matches of the year. Plus, we give you OUR picks for the 2017 Purocast Year End Awards. A fun show as always!

It's time to get back to the Year in Review series this week on Wrestling Omakase, and we have a hell of a promotion to cover: Dramatic Dream Team! John is joined by Mort (@mortenvh) of the award-winning Real Hero Archive and Drew Wardlaw of fellow VOW podcast Burning Spirits (@_burningspirits), both returning guests, to break down a promotion all three of them love! We go month-by-month highlighting our favorite matches, moments, and shows of the year, for nearly two hours. Then we get into our awards picks for DDT (MVP, Most Outstanding, Best Show, etc.) and give our Top 10 matches of the year in the promotion. Finally, we wrap things up with one of our biggest mailbags ever, as our Twitter followers had a ton of DDT-related questions for us. It's a packed edition of Omakase that you won't want to miss!

Is Broken Matt finally coming to WWE TV? Plus, Cody Rhodes and the Young Bucks may be planning one of the most intriguing independent wrestling endeavors in the US this century.

OH! HELL! YEAH! On this episode of Music of the Mat, Andrew is joined by Rob McCarron (Shake Them Ropes) as they open up a can *chhh* of audio whoop-ass and discuss the theme history of Stone Cold Steve Austin. This is a jam-packed episode full of iconic themes, audio clips, and broken glass. And that's the bottom line 'cause Stone Cold said so!

We take a break from our Year in Review series this week on Omakase to take another look at another American independent wrestling mainstay: California's Pro Wrestling Guerrilla! John is joined by two fans who have been attending PWG for years: Eric (@superjew1) who has been attending since 2013, and Brian (@BrianDaBrain) who has been attending since 2006. Brian also started the PWG trading card project, which he gives us some details on during the episode. But the main topics include: how PWG has changed over the years, when exactly it went from being a California indie with some fly-ins to a full-on super-indie (and what they think of that change), PWG's role in helping people get noticed, where PWG stands in the current wrestling landscape, how Dave Meltzer attending so any shows has lead to a backlash of sorts, whether or not PWG has real storylines, favorite (and most overrated) PWG World title reigns, notable moments, and more! It's live from Reseda this week on Wrestling Omakase!
