This morning on ✨Good As You Radio✨ we were joined by the legendary Kath McDermott - a true DJ’s DJ and one of the most beloved figures to emerge from Manchester’s queer underground.

From legendary residencies at Flesh at The Haçienda, Paradise Factory and Homo Electric, to playing every Homobloc and lighting up dancefloors at The White Hotel, We Out Here and beyond, Kath carries over 35 years of deep musical knowledge, soul and dancefloor magic in every set she plays.

We spoke about queer nightlife, underground culture and community all wrapped up in a gorgeous selection of music that perfectly guided us through Kath’s queer journey 💌

Honest, warm, tender and deeply rooted in the dancefloor - this one felt really special.

Listen back now 🎀

We were spoilt for new music this month! Selections from Coyote, Lexx, Cantoma and Pete Herbert - best enjoyed in the sun!

Infinite Crossover returns for their monthly Day Break show on Voices Radio with @pashayusuff

Residing in Jakarta, Pasha's love for music continues to grow over the years. While juggling work in architecture, music has become the peace of mind that pays. It all started with collecting records during high school, eventually expanding into a wide range of sounds, making it a nuisance to pick a favorite genre. For him, everything goes.

Hanaphora b2b welts again for this July mix.

Ramnik celebrates her 130th radio broadcast with an hour mix of her favourite 130BPM summer garage flavours. Kicking things off with a sneak peak of her debut EP, due to release this month.

Melodrama is all about those late-night disco rhythms and dark, driving grooves, it's like what a negroni sounds like.

I’ve recently moved from London to the Rocky Mountains in Canada, I’ve been busy getting used to life here. I came here for some well needed time off, London threw me a few punches so I’ve come here to snowboard for a few months. But I aim to resume my voices at the night show from my little room in Banff where I currently live. I expect the usual mix of guitar revs, 808s, and drum machines with a bit of dark wave energy. Can’t go wrong!
