This time we’re joined by Ruby, a London-based mental health youth worker who has spent the last three years supporting LGBTQ+ young people across the city.

Originally moving to London seven years ago, Ruby is a dedicated dancefloor explorer (aka dancefloor Dora) who loves getting lost in music for hours and discovering new sounds along the way.

Based in Jakarta, Ajeng’s love for music started since her childhood weekend ritual of visiting the CD store as a pastime. Her unwavering passion for music then strengthened as she stepped into DJing as a hobby, learning step by step in Mantrino Records, Jogjakarta, then continuing to digital at home taught by her brother.

She believes that music is a medicine to the soul, soulful house being her go to genre to play. Now juggling university, writing, and photography here and there, she uses music as a medium to explore herself and those around her.

Now establishing @esotericagroove and @suara2sukma, she hopes to pursue music in the long run.
