A DJ since 2019, Paixão’s approach to the booth is situational within his vision, filled with delicate soundscapes and dub echoes. With a preference for long sets, going through his vinyl and digital library, he adapts to audiences and environments without losing his identity — either presenting a galloping dancefloor set embellished by lysergic textures at a club, or a chuggy bar gig going through downtempo and trip-hop mind-benders, or even djing beatless ambient and experimental music for listening sessions. A common goal unites Paixão’s different versions: the aim at providing a mental trip to his audience.
