For ages now, in the woods, beneath the trees and on the corner in the streets - particularly around festival season - we’ve seen endless sightings of these neatly creased scraps. Asking more on forums and strange back alleys confirmed that they belong to a clandestine group of avid paper-folding fanatics. We managed to track down their fairly frantic chairperson, who messaged us back at 6.30 am with a mix of outlandish, freaky, and sometimes jarring tunes which soundtrack their frequent get-togethers.

Another episode of the Kontra show. Slow building ambient and euphoric breaks to new wave and percussive drum tracks - it's all in there.

Today for @pacheco_nw1 Taki show, he is joined by upcoming Mexican photographer @merdiazphoto, expressing her culture and identity in her recent project “Soul of Mexico” 🇲🇽

Fill In The Soul returns for its August rotation with ParisLDN back on the dials, doing the digging so you don’t have to.

Built around the very best in neo-soul and adjacent sounds, the show continues to uncover hidden gems, spotlighting new music, emerging UK artists and soulful discoveries from across the globe.

This month’s artist deep dive focuses on The Internet, revisiting the group’s genre-defying catalogue and the lasting influence they’ve had on contemporary soul, R&B and alternative music.

And, as always, no edition of Fill In The Soul is complete without Paris’ Wild Card—the leftfield selection that keeps listeners guessing and often becomes the talking point, let’s find out who it is this month 😎🔆

Tap in, discover something new, and let Paris take care of the crate digging. 🎶

We’re grooving our way into the morning☀️

Stepping in on covering duties for Almass Badat on Mass Movement, the wonderful Elle takes over breakfast with a selection rooted in nostalgia and timeless groove.

Today’s session journeys through her favourite soul and rare groove records from the ‘70s and ‘80s, tracing the sounds that effortlessly move from the bedroom to the dancefloor. Expect sun-drenched melodies and feel-good classics that continue to soundtrack generations.

Upbeat, soulful and made for summer mornings, this is the kind of breakfast show that eases you into the day while gently lifting the energy. Pour a coffee, open the windows and let the groove do the rest 😎✨
