We’re back in the heart of one of Jungle Jim’s famous beer festivals again, and things are big, dark and boozy for this one!  Craft Beer Joe joined me at the Barrel Aged Beer Bash to talk about Barrel Aged Beer, and what exactly that means for your tastebuds.  The definition of what a Barrel Aged beer is to craft beer fans is shifting and changing quickly alongside everything else in the craft beer community.  We explored what your palate can expect from these beers by doing the one thing that made sense… we drank some.

To wrap up the show, we also snagged Andy from Figleaf Brewing Company, not to just talk about their crowd pleasing Barrel Aged Black Solstice, but to see if we could get a little bit of detail about what else might Brew up their sleeves for the near future.
