Tis the season for fever, aches, dizziness, congestion, nauseousness and puking and just being sick of being sick.

Steve was sick AF since last week, but somehow picked up the energy to do a show anyway. First we talk all about being sick and a rash of remedies that some are pretty natural and some are just plain weird. I mean who puts sliced potatoes in their socks. Actually, who wears socks to bed in the first place?!

After the first musical break we come back with our own little Ted Talk. No, not TED Talk, we’re talking about the serial killer Ted Bundy. Netflix has two shows about him and we go over the trailers a bit. Also people are tweeting about him being HOT! I think Netflix is doing this to just drum up views, and apparently the Bird Box tweets and challenge proved that it was a marketing ploy!

Is Netflix really exploiting us into watching their shows? You bet your sweet ass they are!

Next, Steve is tired of the cold weather. It’s been NEGATIVE temps even before the wind chill. WHEN WILL IT ALL STOP?!

Oh, yeah, less than a week.

We take another musical break and end the show off with three voicemails on the drunk line and end off with our latest Moment of Joe.

It's the first show of 2019! We're doing a little retrospective of the previous year gone by. There's been a lot of great things, but also a lot of bad things that went down over the course of last year. I want to focus on all the good things. but we lost a lot of great people last year. I dive into the list of all the celebrity deaths.

Later, I talk about the stupid bird box challenge people are actually doing. To be blunt, driving blind-folded it absolutely making you a candidate for winning the Darwin award, please, don't do this stuff, people! Or do and get yourself talked about on podcasts and news sources all over.

Then we talk about being shot over Kool-Aid and an EPIC way someone quit their job at Walmart.

Finally, we introduce the fireside chat. I will be doing at the end of the year going forward. In it I talk about the thirteen years I have been podcasting, the things I have done with the show over the year, the videos we've done and the series I was starting to do with my daughter and why it was squashed.

I talk about prospects for the new year for the show and hope that edibles help me in getting it all done. All this and your moment of Joe (with a "Hello, Julia" twist).

This is an example of the patron only podcast I have been doing called "For The Horde!"

Normally only patrons get this, but as a bonus Christmas gift, I thought I'd share it with everyone. As usual, my patrons got this episode three days before the public, like with all the regular shows, but normally the public doesn't get these shows at all.

November 2018 has been the worst month for me so far! It's no nut November and I hate to say it, but it really is a bad idea, not only that but it's no shave November as well. Guess what guys, but not busting a nut leads to prostate cancer. Oh and watch out for No Dick December, dummies! Speaking of cancer, I said goodbye to an old friend earlier this week. No, not Stan Lee!!!

My friend passed from breast cancer. Ladies, check yer tits! Check them even if you're not 40! She was and now she's gone!
