Episode #70
First and foremost its our first english speaking episode and since it is our 70th episode we invited a cracker of a guest. Mark from Scotland is joining us today and talks to us about his remarkable journey of playing Rugby in Bolivia, building up the rugby infrastructure over there, his chat with Gregor Townsend and about the first official test match of Bolivia in which he featured as a captain.
Mark is giving us details about how it feels to sit between 16 to 32 hours on a bus to play a club rugby match, to change altitude from 400m to 3,200m on the same day, to weld your own scrum machine and to sew your own tackle pads.
For Vivian, Donal and Georg it put a lot of things in perspective to say at least. Thanks Mark for being such a great guest.
If you want to support Mark and rugby in Bolivia head over to their gofundme page and give what you can to help those guys out.
