Adam Swart, founder and CEO of Crowds on Demand, joins Kevin Stolla for a wide-ranging conversation about paid protesters, political advocacy, public persuasion, and the money behind organized political action.
Adam explains why he views protests more like advertising than public-opinion polls, why he believes paid participants can sometimes give a voice to people who would otherwise stay home, and how Crowds on Demand decides which clients and causes to work with. Kevin pushes back on questions surrounding authenticity, hidden funding, astroturfing, agent provocateurs, political campaigns, and whether paid participation can distort the appearance of genuine public support.
The conversation also expands into social media, loyalty to the Republican and Democratic parties, presidential power, healthcare, Adam’s own political views, and what nearly 15 years in advocacy has taught him about persuasion and influence.

Trump Accounts, no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, inflation, and self-improvement all have something in common: the question of how much we should rely on government—and how much we should rely on ourselves.
In Episode 41 of Vote Your Conscience, Kevin Stolla breaks down Trump Accounts and the new tax breaks for tips and overtime, questioning whether these policies actually help working Americans or simply make an already complicated system even more complicated. He also discusses personal responsibility, self-reliance, overcoming social anxiety through experience, and why developing yourself may be more powerful than waiting for government or corporations to improve your life.
Plus, Kevin makes the case for smaller government, alternative political parties, and breaking the belief that Americans only have two choices.
Episode 40 marks a first for Vote Your Conscience: our first guest interview.
Kevin sits down with entrepreneur and political reformer Tom Joseph, founder of Bookminders and founder and treasurer of America’s Main Street Party, to discuss his attempt to build a new way of choosing political candidates outside the traditional two-party nominating system.
Tom explains how his experience building a business led him to approach politics like a systems problem. His proposal uses technology, local organizing committees, multiple rounds of voting, and a level playing field for candidates designed to reduce the influence of money in the nominating process.
Kevin and Tom discuss gerrymandering, why third parties have struggled to gain traction, the influence of political parties and campaign money, Ross Perot and the Reform Party, mobile voting and election security, and Tom’s ambitious plan to target congressional districts beginning in 2028—with the possibility of eventually expanding the system to Senate races and even a nationwide presidential nomination process.
Can a new system actually challenge the Republican and Democratic parties? Could voters choose candidates before money and party leadership decide who gets put in front of them? And is America ready for a serious alternative to the two-party system?

Many people argue that billionaires—and someday trillionaires—should use their wealth to end poverty, homelessness, and world hunger.
In this episode, Kevin explores whether that idea is realistic by examining the difference between net worth and cash, how stock valuations create wealth on paper, and why business fortunes can disappear almost overnight.
He also asks a broader question: if the federal government spends several times more than the wealth attributed to even the richest individuals, why haven't those same social problems already been solved?
The discussion explores wealth, government spending, local communities, charitable responsibility, and where the responsibility for helping others ultimately belongs.

Episode 38: How Much Government Is Enough? Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren have proposed wealth taxes and even government ownership stakes in AI companies. Supporters argue these measures are necessary to combat wealth inequality and fund social programs. I disagree. In this episode, I explain why I believe the real threat to the average American isn't that billionaires have too much money—it's that the federal government already has too much power, spends too much money, and continues to expand regardless of the results. The federal government spends trillions of dollars every year, runs massive deficits, carries enormous debt, and still claims that the solution is more taxes and more control. If Washington can't balance the budget with the money it already collects, why should we believe it will become responsible with even more? I argue that the fight against wealth inequality should be fought on two fronts: • Fight government for lower taxes and less centralized power. • Fight employers and corporations for better pay and better treatment of workers. Government should not be the referee, the player, and the scorekeeper all at the same time. Topics discussed: Wealth taxes Taxing AI companies Federal spending and deficits The national debt The Federal Reserve Inflation The IRS and tax complexity Government power vs. individual freedom How much government spending is enough? Whether you agree or disagree, I invite you to think critically and vote your conscience. #VoteYourConscience #WealthTax #BernieSanders #ElizabethWarren #AITax #GovernmentSpending #NationalDebt #FederalReserve #TaxReform #Libertarian #EconomicFreedom #FiscalResponsibility #Politics #Podcast #KevinStolla
Minimum wage is seen as a protection, but I see it as an impediment to personal empowerment. People should be educated on how wages are set and who has to agree upon them. When we take personal responsibility we become empowered. In this video, I give examples for how raising the minimum wage can hurt individuals that otherwise would be employed happily. Check it out and tell me how you feel in the comments below. Has this changed your perspective on minimum wage?

You are losing the war on drugs! It has not worked. We need an end to the government tyranny. Adults have a right to put whatever they like into their body. Trying to stop them is futile. With all the punishments of fining people. making them go to rehab, putting them in jail, forcing them into support groups, taking their kids, etc., nothing has worked. Organized crime groups power is ever expanding because of drugs being illegal. Police officers power over citizens has grown drastically. Welcome to the show!!! On this episode of Vote Your Conscience with Kevin Stolla, I talk about my opinion on the presidential debate and cover all the branches of government and how they are supposed to function. If you could use a refresher since grade school about what the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government are for, then this is for you. People have so many opinions online and in the media, but most of them have no idea what they are talking about. I get it. No one has time to pay attention and analyze the situations that this country finds itself in. No one is going to solve these problems for us though. It is up to us to vote our conscience's with our life decisions, dollars, and at the polls. The only solution is each individual taking responsibility and working towards a better society.
