Your favorite yappers are back in action talking about the the newest balance dataslate. From Aquilons to Sanctifiers, Chaos Cults to Pathfinders, we've got it all. We were tired after a long weekend of Kill Team and travel, so we get a little loopy towards the end. Thanks for being patient with us and thank you for coming to learn along with us!

Today the boys talk about their prep for the upcoming Richmond Open. We're hoping to gain some insight given the unusual circumstances surrounding the tournament, mainly the upcoming dataslate and the high volume of players for a 4 round tournament. Assuming the dataslate comes out the day this podcast airs, expect our analysis of the rules changes next week!

This episode is coming to you largely unedited. It was my bday yesterday as I write this description and I appreciate your understanding as I take a lazy day. - Mark

Mark French is back to go over some of the stats from our most recent Kill Team league! Lots to learn from this data, such as what tac op archetype is the worst, what teams over and underperformed, and what is the sweatiest map. We love our stat shows and always look forward to sharing them with you <3

You know what time it is? Time for some wild, baseless guesses about what the Raveners and Kill Team: Typhon will be like! What sort of rules could make the first ever 5 model kill team balanced for competitive play? Will the Battle Clade be able to keep up?

But before that, we chat about the results from the 2-day Triad Quarterly tournament. How did the Vox Scream crew do? Of course, we also chat about the meta, specifically how we might use tournament data to look at balance and whether or not Blood and Zeal will be an extinction-level event for the meta.
