This week I invited three of my brothers, Derrick, Mike and Jay to have an uncomfortable yet fulfilling conversation on our lived experiences on living inside blended families. We don't shy away from some of the difficulties that come with the dynamic, and we also share some strategies that we employ that have worked for us thus far. Often times, marriages that exist inside a blended family don't survive so this was an important conversation.
