Today on Vulnerable, I sit down with Shenae Grimes-Beech. Shenae graced our screens during the height of episodic teen dramas. You may remember her from Degrassi: The Next Generation AND 90210 (The Reboot).

In this episode, Shenae details how she got into acting, what it was like to be the lead in a reboot (before reboots were a thing), and how she is navigating and creating her own content today. Shenae and I have a lot of similarities so it was nice to catch up and dig a little deeper into Shenae's acting experience. We also discovered that Shenae is an expert manifester!
