Dr Ducket urges the Morrison government to investigate the industry he said is decades overdue for an overhaul.

He says "The problems in the industry won’t go away and the issues of the competing interest won't go away so they need to have some form or way of resolving this."

Even though Scott Morrison has been advised that the former foreign minister and defence minister are not in breach of the ministerial codes, Mr Pyne & Ms Bishop are still likely to face a Senate inquiry into their post-political employment with global consulting firms, unless key Senator Rex Patrick can be satisfied that they do not have a case to answer.
