China’s Communist party is intensifying religious persecution as Christianity’s popularity grows.

Michael speaks to Xi Lian, Professor of World Christianity at Duke Divinity School North Carolina who has written “the government has orchestrated a campaign to ‘sinicise’ Christianity, to turn Christianity into a fully domesticated religion that would do the bidding of the party.”

Mr Thomson will be advising Sustainable Australia’s first elected Member of Parliament, Mr. Clifford Hayes, who was elected as a Legislative Councillor for the Southern Metropolitan Region at the recent Victorian election.  He say's "for a decade now I have set out what I believe to be the myopia, greed, vanity and ecological illiteracy that drives Big Australia, Australia's policy of rapid population growth."

Alisha Fisher, The CEO of the Strata Community Association says the Opal Tower incident which saw the apartment building cracked forcing evacuations on Christmas Eve was just the tip of the iceberg.   She says to Michael that Australia's construction system should be audited immediately and a dedicated emergency fund set up for apartment residents displaced by dodgy building work.

Quiet roads would be temporarily blocked to traffic on weekends in Sydney's inner west to allow children to run around, under a "play streets" program set to be trialed.  Pauline Lockie, Independent Councillor for the Stanmore ward of Inner West Council, explained to Michael that two streets will be chosen to road-test the concept from April or May which will see the streets fully or partially close to through-traffic for two to three hours on a Sunday afternoons.
