Soda and Empty Calories...I’m hearing from a lot of friends and clients that during Covid, they’re drinking a lot of soda and more than usual. If you didn’t know a 16oz. can of soda has about 16 teaspoons of sugar in it. I find that drinking seltzer water (helps with eliminating empty calories from your diet) is a great alternative to drinking soda.
You want to look at the water brands that just have carbonation and natural flavors in it and absolutely no aspartame!
