What is grief, if not love persevering? A grieving podkid is struggling with depression and she's worried that it's affecting her performance at work. Having gone through a similar experience, I try to help her by sharing my personal experiences with depression at work and I also try to give her advice on the steps she can take to help improve her mental health. If you are struggling as well, please do not hesitate to seek professional help.
