How well do you trust yourself? 

Trusting yourself is the foundation for wholehearted living.  The more you trust yourself the better care you will take of yourself.  The better care you take of yourself the more trustworthy you will be with others.  

Self-trust isn't about being right all the time; instead, it is about being kind and compassionate towards yourself and having your own back no matter what.

She is a Media Executive with credentials as a Producer, Director, Writer, and Cohost of international television shows. Bloom Today and Recovery Strategies 4 Life have been licensed with 44+ broadcast television networks and platforms. Paula also helped create the Bloom Channel and Bloom Studio. Paula serves on the Women in Film and Television board as the Director of Faith and the International Director of Christian Women in Media. 

Paula lives in Frankin, TN with her three sons.  

In a world full of immediate gratification we aren't used to waiting but we know that there are times in life when waiting is required.
