Vernon talks about this idea of giving thanks versus blessing my agenda and taking time to "pause", step back, reframe and refocus on Christ and all He has given to us. In addition, finding the joy and finding the good in the midst of our circumstances and relationships.

Vernon shares a few thoughts on a funeral he just attended of a young, 18-year-old girl (and friend of the family) who unintentionally lost her life after a battle with drug addiction. Comfort? Encourage? How do you do that when there are no words? Hint: if there are no words, don't use any words.
