I realized that I have an uncanny affinity towards chaos and struggle in every aspect of my life, at work in my friendships and more so in my romantic relationships. I did a bit of digging and realized I sometimes seek out chaos because that is what has been familiar to me for the longest time.

I want to process my trauma and move one from it without invalidating my experience but also believing that I can live a life of ease and softness, that I too deserve that.

Here's to those of you who are struggling to break free from toxic cycles and believe that you deserve better.

My thirties came with great prospects. Embracing my entire self, a new relationship and making more money....basically just leveling up as a woman. So I finally gathered courage and got back into the dating scene. We do not talk enough about the shame and hurt that comes with heartbreak. The lessons if taken positively can change you forever. Here's my story.
