I find myself trusting that I am being guided and supported and protected at all times... yet when it comes to the life of another, I tend to suffer because I want to so badly take control over it and change it for the better (under my own judgement) and take responsibilities that are not mine...

I forget that I can only take full responsability over MY life. And trust that the rest are being taken care of as good as I am.

Lack of trust. Need to control, to protect, to feel powerful. Yet it is all a lie. Only the Universe is in everyone's heart and can speak to them, to us.

Just a sweet reminder that every knowing is landing in perfect timing. T r u s t.

Everything is temporary. Don't limit yourself by identifying with a temporary situation in your life. There is so much more. You Are so much more.

Presence leads to intention. Intention leads to presence. Presence leads to freedom, to choice. Intention brings connection and awareness. 

"Lightness" is being a big theme for me these days, and "letting go" and "receiving" every moment has become my anchor.
