Today’s podcast is with former waratahs, northern suburbs and current Toyota Verblitz Coach Simon Cron. This episode was an absolute treat for me. As someone who has just joined the world of coaching i basically just asked things that i had always wanted to ask him. I could have honestly talked to him for hours. We talked about coaching, mentors including steve hansen, Wayne smith and his uncle Mike, changing cultures and a lot more. This is a fantastic podcast for rugby people
but even if your just interested in how to get the most out of a group of humans then it’s worth a listen. For me, i think in today’s day and age it’s rare to meet someone who is on a path to mastery, that doesn’t necessarily mean that they will get there, but even meeting people who are on the path is something to sit back and appreciate and in my opinion cronny is definitely on that path. I really enjoyed this conversation and i hope you get as much out of it as i did.
This week i sit down with Flying Fijians Flyhalf Ben Volavola to discuss his journey from growing up in South Western Sydney to playing in 2 Rugby World Cups for his ancestral homeland Fiji.
This week i sit down with Former Wallabies, Waratahs and Northampton Saints outside back Rob Horne. We discuss all things from getting signed by the Waratahs to debuting for the Wallabies as a 20 year old to his career ending injury playing for Northampton. Rob has had a remarkable jouney in life and in rugby and this is a must listen for any aspirational Sports person.

Todays Podcast guest is a two time Major League Rugby Champion with the Seattle Seawolves, he’s a former Melbourne Rebel and Countied Manukau Tighthead Prop in 2020 during Covid he Captained Southern Districts Rebels in the Shute Shield. He’s overcome so many obstacles and i think people will really appreciate his story. It’s a good one. Ladies and Gentlemen please enjoy this conversation with my friend Tim Metcher
