"We saw an amazing mentality shift in 2020. We saw the mass adoption of a shamanistic world view.
For years religious groups have been saying that their is a spiritual vacuum in the West and the dangers of that became fully realized during the pandemic.
We say the adoption of a new religion. One that flip flopped its way through every town and city in the US and beyond. At its peak we saw ritualistic signs in the super markets with almost cult like announcements over loud speakers.
Even today we see people who are self appointed evangelists of the religion forcing their beliefs on others. Wishing to mandate individuals into practicing this new religion.
If this had been done by a Christian or other major religious group this effort would have been brutally shut down before it got off the ground and no one would have cared." ~Trent Gander

Discipline is a lost art and the world rolls around in the joys of not having to have a rigorous structure to live by. Do whatever one wants, whenever one wants to, however one wants, right? Where is the harm in that? Clearly all the harm is in having a structured, disciplined life. Or is it? Join me as I discuss the massive benefits towards mental and physical health that come with having a routine in life.
