Former Auburn University Bass Fishing Club President Logan Parks joins Auburn-Opelika This Morning to provide an update on the team's successful season. Eleven Auburn boats are heading to the Bassmaster College National Championship Aug. 12-14, on the St. Lawrence River in New York. Auburn walks away from this season with two regular-season tournament wins. Parks & Tucker Smith are also the unofficial Carhartt Bassmaster College Series Team of the Year winners and will be recognized at the National Championship.

Auburn Junior High’s Kim Johnson, one of four finalists for Alabama Teacher of the Year will attend a luncheon with Gov. Kay Ivey in the coming weeks before the winner is announced on Aug. 12.
