Isabella is a former professional sailor turned pro cyclist who is a wealth of wisdom and knowledge.  From her current home in Spain, her hub for training and racing on the European circuit, Isabella chatted with me about all things racing and bicycles.

She shares her advice for women and girls interested in racing, why she prefers to rely on feeling rather than data, and what has made her so successful in not one (but two!) professional sports!
