In this episode host Brian Lofrumento sits down with guest Matt Rice, a successful entrepreneur and certified life coach specializing in positive psychology. Matt shares his inspiring journey of overcoming addiction, battling depression, and building a thriving business from the ground up. Through personal experiences and setbacks, Matt has developed a deep understanding of the importance of reflection, resilience, and authenticity in entrepreneurship. Tune in as Matt discusses the power of local SEO, the impact of personal connection in marketing, and the significance of mental health and addiction recovery in the entrepreneurial journey.
ABOUT MATT
Matt Rice has a truly extraordinary and inspiring story of his journey into entrepreneurship. He was a construction worker for the better part of his life, dedicating himself to the industry. But along the way, he grappled with addiction, battled alcoholism, and faced depression. After overcoming those challenges, a career-ending shoulder injury left him with no choice but to pivot and forge a new path.
With limited resources and only a computer, he leveraged his industry knowledge and created his Relationship-Centric Marketing System. He didn’t follow the general marketing services but mastered the methods to suit his niche and his clients. He knew exactly who he wanted to help and how to help them. That’s how he founded Full Circle Digital Marketing LLC, a digital agency that offers local SEO, website design, and local pay-per-click advertising for general contractors. What's equally as impressive as his comeback story, he built his agency from $0 - 5 figures/month in 6 months without using paid advertising.
Matt is a living example of how anyone can achieve their dreams and overcome their obstacles. He faced incredible hardships and challenges, but he never gave up. Using his determination, creativity, and hard work to build his own successful marketing agency, he proves that nothing is impossible when you have a vision and a passion.
