Today we're talking with Janatan Sayeh about the current situation in Iran.  Janatan Sayeh is the Iran research analyst at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies focused on Iranian domestic affairs and the Islamic Republic’s malign influence. Prior to joining FDD, he supported Iranian activists through State Department grant programs. Born and raised in Tehran, he partook in the 2009 protests. He studied Hebrew and Arabic at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and received his B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Every day more evidence is coming out

The Iranian regime continues their crackdown on the protests with reports now of as many as 16,500 people killed. Doctors from across the country are reporting war zone like conditions in their facilities as they are constantly overwhelmed with the inflow of new patients suffering gunshot wounds and other injuries from the ongoing protests.

Russians are calling out their government on this lie
