Moreover, in this we find that John said to those he wrote that “we have heard, we have seen with our eyes, we have looked upon, and our hands have handled of the Word of Life.” Seeing is believing, and thus this epistle is now written to us! Jude warns of men who have crept into the church of believers and even deny the Lord himself and his Father. Individuals who bring not the Apostles doctrine nor Gospel the Lord had given them. These were the deceivers, people headed into perdition. Jude exhorts them to contend for the true faith here.

Children of Transgression brings us to Isaiah’s Prophetic Book part One hundred-seventy-nine on Battle Lines this week. The verses before this section introduce the righteous and the fact they are perishing no one is paying attention or worse yet, they do not care. We find the righteous in contrast to the wicked herein portrayed do not live in their own selfish desire while living in debauchery. The fact that they are dying while the wicked live their lives is astounding. Yet, the truth is these righteous are in fact being delivered from the judgment that is soon arriving. They will be living in peace while the wicked go through judgment.

Children of Transgression and the #sins you cannot hide from the #LordGod. Even the #Priests, #Prophets, and the #Leaders of #Judah could not see that what they were doing were wrong. If they did know, they should have #repented. It would have saved them lots of trouble. Calling them the #seedofFalsehood brings to the forefront that the #ChildrenofIsrael who are keeping #Jerusalem are not what they seem to be.
