Welcome back to the Warrior Healer Podcast for Episode 23 w/ my guest, Jamie Watson.
After numerous requests to Have Jamie, the wife of Jeremy Watson on so she could tell her side of his story, we finally made it happen. We hear how Jamie was introduced to Genealogy from her Grandfather. The practice of finding and following your family lineage which I find to be incredibly interesting. Being able to know where you come from is almost as important as where you are headed. After that we go into Jamie's stories of traveling, moving, financial insecurity as well as a very difficult child birthing journey. Jamie is resilient as hell and tough as nails. A woman that speaks numerous times on not playing the victim card and that there is always a way out of hardships. While maintaining this thick skin, Jamie is very approachable. A kind hearted caring woman that tends to choose being kind and gentle over abrasive and rude.

Welcome back to the Warrior Healer Podcast for Episode 21 w/ Greg Anderson.
In this episode we sit down with the push behind the creation of this podcast, and the man that has encouraged my path ahead as I push into the future with a purpose. I was glad to be able to sit down for a while and ask some questions that I've heard come up and some I've been curious about as a listener as well.
Greg's impact hit me after the energy of his course, Guns and Gi's Class 2 in Louisiana and it ultimately brought us back together in the Jungles of Costa Rica doing Ayahuasca. We discussed some Jiu Jitsu stories as usual, The burdens of leadership, and the role a man should play in society but also in a relationship and much more. Greg went Viral after a video he made discussing the Covid Mandates and how ludacris the system was. From this video Greg's rise to success started, it's in the show notes below.
Greg has taught me many lessons, one of the most important to me so far has been to accept the opportunities that the universe gives to you. One for me was making this a rejuvenating trip to Washington to spend some time supporting my friend and his mission. Knowing damn well that It would stoke the flames of discipline and mental fortitude that is so easy to become complacent to train. I wasn't entirely sure I was going to make the trip due to a torn meniscus and some other injuries but figured I would try and make the most of the opportunity at hand.
This weekend meant a lot to me and the man I'm trying to become resurfaces stronger and more capable than when I left home. This podcast was another opportunity we discussed in Costa Rica, and we made it happen. I can't thank you enough for the hospitality during my stay and fun trip, I'm proud to call you a brother. Now that I'm done sucking Greg off, I hope you guys enjoy Episode 21 w/ The Powerful, Greg Anderson.
