she is also a Chronic Illness Advocate, writing a book and does some occasional work as a model.

Yvonne takes us on her journey of a life time of her chronic illnesses, living with Fibro, EDS, IBS, RA, Chronic Migraine, CRPS AND and also her journey with IVF that lead to her having two beautiful daughters. Her 13 yr old daughter has EDS and CFS and her 11 yr old has RLS.

Jamie joins me from California to discuss her complex medical history spanning 41 years. including Wolff Parkinson white syndrome, Atrial fibrillation, Atrial fluter, SVT Dual chamber pacemaker for severe Bradycardia ,chronic pain and recent diagnosis of POTS after having Covid twice.
Jamie is also a health /fitness and wellness coach and makes a clear message that she is not ready to die.
We had a few technical issues but it was very important to get Jamies story out!

Nina is a 35yr old wife and mom living in the south of Ireland, after constant fainting while in her school years she was diagnosed with POTS and then Lupus SLE and Lupus Nephritis Coeliac Disease. Nina discusses how she lives her daily life while also studying her Masters Degree in English Literature after just finishing a Degree in English Last year. We really get into a conversation on both our POTS condition, how it challenges us mentally and the importance of Awareness.
