We’ve reached our, “Peaches and Cream” episode but were discussing, “Deadpool and Wolverine. That’s right, Episode 112 is about possibly one of the biggest MCU movies since End Game. The level of nerdy-ness we reach is pretty high, so we had to bring on some fellow nerds. Anthony from the Talking'Ish Podcast join us for the first time and our homie Ivy is returning to help us chat about all these cameos. What was our favorite fight from the movie, was Nova a great villian, and could Deadpool take on a serious tone? We get right to it in this episode and of course, Was It Good Though??
We're back for Episode 7 of House of the Dragon and we had to bring in the one and only Chappell from the Recap Kickback Podcast. There was a little Team Black Vs Team Green session but also what we're expecting in Episode 8. Was Rhaenya's plan a good idea? Is Jace wrong for reacting the way he did, and is our new favorite character Lord Oscar. We get right to it with this one, please be sure to subscribe and follow Recap Kickback Podcast on Youtube and all streaming platforms. Let us know how you felt about this episode and if we'll get a major death in Episode 8.
We're back reviewing our second show for the month and of course if had to be season 4 of The Boys. We brought in Chris and Furb to join the discussion and some of our, "I get it but I didn't like it" scenarios, who's the real villain, and what we can expect in the finale season of the series. There were as many split opinions from our host as there were characters who survived the finale episode, so get ready. Was It Good Though??, check out our thoughts and then share yours
Riots in the streets, Seasmoke picking his new melanin rider, and Alicent is unemployed. These are a few takeaways from Episode 6 of House of the Dragon. We’re 2 episodes away from wrapping up Season 2, it’s been an interesting season. Will Corlys take the advice of our “Gone Too Soon” Rhaenys and actually allow his sons to live in royalty? Is the White Worm taking Daemon’s place in Rhae Rhae’s heart?
The Kings lives....for now, but his throne has officially been temporary given to Aemond. Could there be future infighting between the brothers if Aegon fully heals from his battle scares? Or will Daemon take a break from his demons to actually get army together for Rhea Rhae? We're 5 episodes in and it seems like conflict within both Team Black and Team Green. Will Jase's bold movements help or harm Rhea Rhea even more and can we take a moment to give flowers to Beala for getting Corlys off the pitty train. We get to in this week, the good, the bad, and the family tree.
Let's take a moment of silence for those we lost during Episode 4: The Red Dragon and the Gold. This episode brought in a lot of possible theories and what shifts will be coming in the upcoming episode. Let us know if you have any theories and the current score of Team Black Vs Team Green.
For Episode 109, we're discussing one of our hosts favorite series of 2024, season two of Interview with the Vampire. The crew mentions the replace of Claudia, how some betrayals can't be forgiven, and Louie becoming the new Blade. Important questions like "Who was the bigger villain between Lestat and Armand?", "If you were Madalyne would you have joined the coven?", and of course, "Was It Good Though"?
We're reviewing the Episode 3 of House of the Dragon. We get a lot of foreshadowing and realizing in this episode. Team Green is still catching Ls while Team Black is maintaining peace, at the moment anyway.
