Have you ever set a lofty goal, reached it, only to discover that it did not satisfy you in the way you were sure it would?

Over the years, I have discovered the real reason I often feel so apathetic when I’ve finally arrived. It is because the destination, the project, or the product was never the right goal to begin with.

Rather, what they produce is what matters. Connection, experiences, and perspective are what we truly long for. When we realize this, we begin to set very different goals… much like Nehemiah did.

The heartbeat of Church on the Rock is to help people discover how they can LOVE God and LOVE one another, LIVE with passion, purpose, and freedom, and LEAD others to this same experience in Jesus. We simply say, “helping others Love, Live, and Lead in Jesus".
