BUT Tia and Tony do have powers and the word witch is in the title. Also Amanda couldn't talk about this book without talking about her favorite character, Winkie the black cat. Specifically the 1975 movie adaptation version of Winkie. (The ladies are pretty sure it's the same cat from Sabrina the Teenage Witch)
