In todayās episode of Figuring Out, we have Dr. Arvind Bhateja in conversation with Raj Shamani. He is the lead neurosurgeon at Sparsh Hospital and the founder of āGiving Backā. He creates content around brain health and many other medical myths and has around 300K+ followers on Instagram.
In this episode, we talked about how most young people are heading towards serious spine issues due to wrong sitting postures, how to correct these postures, how less sleep and quality of sleep affect our brain health, and why disease like Alzheimer's happens. We then talked about ways to improve the quality of sleep, and how alcohol, smoking, and weed affect our brain. He also rated the worst drinks for our brains. We also talked about how to modulate dopamine levels, how to improve serotonin, and astile colin naturally. He then shared about the list of chronic diseases that are increasing.
