After years of suppressing her emotions, she feels like she’s meeting herself for the first time. Melissa created The Mental Health Moment to bring awarenewss to mental health and mental wellbeing. The Mental Health Moment platform is a safe space for herself and others to express their views and experiences, and to learn and grow together.
