Scott B Harris is a keynote speaker, author and someone who is the definition of resilience. In 2008, Scott was involved in a motorbike accident that caused lasting injuries including a Traumatic Brain Injury. This has left Scott with paralysis on the right side of his body from shoulder to toes, causing major instability issues. He also has a Brachial Plexus injury to his right arm involving three severed nerves. Scott talks about the intense physical and mental rehabilitation and how he was able to take control of the new life path he was on. He gets into writing his book, and how pivotal that proved to be in pursing new ventures.

Sean Weir is the Founder of The Shaka Project and a Gym Owner based in Regional Victoria. The Shaka Project is an apparel brand which uses clothing as our tool to ignite the message was to help men identify other men who may be, or may have, experienced Mental Health issues - therefore, may also be open to discussing Mental Health in an understanding and empathic way. Sean touches on his own experiences and how both those and his ambition to create a more personal approach to supporting Mental Health kick started the idea for the project.

Mitch Morton is a former AFL player for Richmond, West Coast and premiership player for Sydney and the founder of the Mr Anxiety project. Mitch had battled anxiety from the age of 7 and continued to battle it through out his football career. Slowly but surely anxiety ripped apart his life until he hit rock bottom in 2018. For one of the first times in his life he stopped for a second and could see the damage that anxiety had done. In that moment he decided he was going to put life on hold and figure out exactly what anxiety was and how he could beat it. The research he did over a 2-year period and the model that he came up with, allowed him to find a way to get inside the anxiety cycle and control it. After doing this Mitch decided he wanted to share what he’d learnt and created the Mr Anxiety project.
