As we bring in the month of September we must take a moment to talk about my fellow Cysters. Many women face an internal battle that only they can fight. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal imbalance disorder that affects over 10% of the women population in the world. So this month we wear or tear ribbons in solidarity and support for the brave women in this world. 🤍

This season is dedicated to my book where we will explore the journey in writing each chapter and unearth the reality of how it impacted not only my life but many others.

With violence being plastered all over the news waves. Humanity has lost their sense of empathy. This brought me to record today's podcast. Enjoy🖤
