2-3 oz Sorrel Liquor

2 oz Cognac

1 oz White Rum

1 oz Key Lime Juice

2-3 dashes Lemon Bitters

Ginger Beer

Island in a Glass

2.5 oz Dark Rum

1 oz Coconut Rum

2 oz Orange Juice

3 oz Pineapple Juice

Grenadine

In a shaker combine 2 oz dark rum, coconut rum, and juices. Shake that. Pour over ice. Add grenadine til bottom of glass has nice coat. Float remain .5 oz dark rum. Add lime wedge to rim for effect. Serve it up*Clinkity clank*

Some Apricot Stuff (backshots...apricot sensation...you decide 🤣🤣🤣)

2 Tablespoons of apricot preserve

A handful or so of fresh basil

.5 oz Mint Simple Syrup

2 oz Apricot Nectar

2 oz Aviation Gin

.5 oz Grand Mariner

Foam

3-4 squeezes Mint Simple Syrup

Dash of Cayenne

Dash of Cinnamon

.5-1 oz Fee Foam Substitute (or mix some egg whites)

Serve and drink well responsibly!

Drink of the Week: 

Spring Fever  2 oz Empress 1908 Gin (split) 

1 oz Lemon Juice .

5 oz Honey Syrup 

3 oz Grapefruit Pop (get a Ting!)  

Pour 1 oz of gin into shaker. Add lemon juice and honey syrup. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. In a large wine goblet add ice with 1 slice of lemon between ice and inside of goblet. Strain and pour drink mix into glass. Add grapefruit pop. Float remaining 1 oz of gin. Serve and sip respectfully ratchet!

Unpredictable  

3 oz coffee 

2.5 oz Cranberry Cherry juice 

2.5 oz Brown Sugar Bourbon 

Squeeze of simple syrup 

2-3 dashes orange bitters  

Pour coffee and juice over ice. Stir. Add Bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters. Stir. Serve responsibly
