Love Bug

3 oz White Cranberry Juice 

2oz Tequila 

.5 oz grenadine 

Lemon-lime pop 

Sugar Rim  

Sugar glassware rim. Add ice to mixer. Combine cranberry, tequila, grenadine. Shake and pour. Top with lemon-lime pop (we used Sprite). Garnish with cherries.

.5 oz Bitter Orange Bitters

Cherries  

In a shaker muddle thyme and cherries. And ice. Add liquids and shake it like a polaroid. Strain and pour. Garnish with cherries. Sip freely, drink responsibly!

Pear Slices 

Orange Peel 

.05 oz Simple Syrup 

2 Oz Apple Whiskey 

2 oz Cranberry Juice 2 (good) dashes 

Orange Bitters 

Dash of cinnamon  

Muddle fruit slices, orange zest, and simple syrup. Add whiskey and cranberry juice. Shake or stir. In a class with ice add additional fruit slices. Strain & Pour. Add bitters. Sprinkle cinnamon. Stir and enjoy!!

Drink of the Week:  

The Oracle 

Zest from 1 lime 

1.5 oz Lime Juice 

3 oz pineapple juice 

3-4 Sage leaves 

2 oz Gin 

3 oz Egg white 

3-4 dashes Peach Bitter 

2-3 dashes Lemon Bitter 

1 oz Simple Syrup  

Combine lime zest and sage leaves (muddle or blend). In a blender add lime juice and sage zest. Pulse. Add pineapple juice, gin, simple syrup and blend.   

In a small container add egg white, bitters, and a dash of simple syrup. Whisk until foam forms.   

Add a splash of egg white mixture to blender with other ingredients. Blend to combine.  Strain into chilled glass. 

Top with meringue + sage + lime zest.  Drink responsible frequently.

What do you get when you mix espresso + 3 liquors + a vodka whipped cream shot?

In a tall glass muddle the peach, basil leaves, and lemon juice. Add the gin, Lillet, and simple syrup. Add ice and top with club soda. Garnish with peach and basil. SIP HAPPY!

1 oz Cucumber Mint Vodka

1.5 oz Gin

.75 oz Simple Syrup

1.5 oz Lemon juice

Couple slices cucumber

Salt

*Club soda if you want

Add gin, vodka, lemon juice, and cucumber to shaker. Muddle down yes yes yes. Add ice and shake it fast (watch yourself). Strain into glass with ice. (club soda here if you want). Garnish with cucumber slice. Salt bae it! Sip and enjoy

Always Sparkling 

Ingredients:

• 1.5ish ounces whiskey 

• 3/4 ounce lemon juice

• 3/4 ounce strawberry purée

• 1 dash rose water

• ice

• 1 1/2 ounces Sparkling Rosé

• fresh strawberries, to garnish

Instructions:

1. Shake all ingredients together except for the rosé.

2. Strain into glass with ice and top off with sparkling rosé.

3. Garnish with a strawberry and sip the boogie rosémimosa
