Drink of the Week:

Griffith Park Swizzle

2 oz Bourbon

1 oz fresh lime juice

.75 oz simple syrup

2 dashes Absinthe

3 dashes each Angostura and Peychaud's bitters

1 sugar cube

5-6 mint leaves

1 mint sprig

Instructions:

Combine sugar cube, mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup, bourbon and absinthe. Give the ingredients a slight muddle to awaken the mint; do not grind it. Take ingredients and dump into a Collins glass, fill about 3/4 full of crushed ice, add three dashes each of Peychaud and Angostura bitters, lightly swizzle bitters to have them "blend" into the drink. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint. Indulge Responsibly

Ice

Club Soda

Muddle mint lime juice and simple syrup in glass. Pour rum. Stir. Add crushed ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with lime. Indulge Responsibly.

1.5 oz  Sweet and Sour Syrup 

1.5 oz Dark Rum 

Dash Cinnamon

Pour Absinthe into glass. Ignite the Fire. Dash with cinnamon for sparks. Combine other ingredients. Mix and pour.  

Chitown Thing 

Funkytown Woop Wap Da Bam Beer 

12 oz Ginger Ale 

10 oz Rye Whiskey 

4.5 oz Pineapple Juice 

Lemon slices  

Combine ginger, whiskey, pineapple, beer. Mix. Pour into chilled glass. Top with squeeze of lemon.   

Melanin Shot 

Funkytown Black is Beautiful Beer 

Amarula Liqoure  

Hot Chocolate Mix  

Mix Amarula with approx. tbsp of coco mix. Shake. Pour into shot glass til half full. Top with beer. Chug  #drinkresponsibly

.5 oz Amaretto

1 oz brandy

.5 oz bourbon Cherry Syrup

.5 oz orange juice

Squeeze of lime

Couple dashes bitter

5-6 Cherries

Mint

Cinnamon

Muddle 1 mint leaf cherries and orange juice. Add liquids (except bitters). Shake. Strain over ice dash of bitters. Light cinnamon stick and use to stir. Garnish with cherries. Indulge Responsibly!

2 Tbsp Blueberries

2 Sprigs Thyme

1/2 Lime

2 oz Gin

Tonic Water

Muddle thyme and berries (or blend becaaaause). Squeeze lime into mixture. Strain and pour over ice. Add gin. Top with tonic. Garnish and sip
