Tiffany has consistently proven herself in the 7 years that she has been with Triangle. She has taken on more responsibilities with each year and now runs the Quality Assurance function in the department. She also supervises Product Verification Inspection and Document Review associates. As you will learn, Tiffany loves her job!

Dr. Ed Fox talks with Dax Strohmeyer, CEO of Triangle Manufacturing, about the crucial importance of Employee Assistance Programs during a pandemic. His work with Triangle has demonstrated the importance of smart, adaptive behavior during a crisis and its impact on the health of the company when done successfully.
Dr. Fox is the Founder & President of Intervention Strategies International, Inc., which works with organizations to enhance team productivity, develop positive corporate culture and provide support services for employees.
Dr. Fox passed away a short month after the recording of this interview. This Episode is dedicated to him.
Allyson Doherty, Manager, Organizational Development, has been with Triangle for 14 years.
Having spent some time on the marketing side during her early years, she transitioned to training and development and now leads all initiatives dealing with professional development and technical training. Most recently, she is spearheading the rollout of a multi-tiered Unconscious Bias training and Leadership development program using Franklin Covey methods and content. Helping people to successfully work with others is her passion.

Matthew recently celebrated his 5th anniversary as a Triangle associate. He started as a production planner for 1 Manufacturing Group and was promoted to Supply Chain Manager in 2020. His previous experience in food service management for the new Barclay’s Center arena in Brooklyn not only challenged him in extraordinary ways but brought his professional and management skills to new heights. At Triangle, he uses those same skills and processes but with different ingredients.

Alex has been at Triangle for 11 years as a CNC Programmer. He emigrated to the United States from the Soviet Union to escape a life of discrimination and limited personal freedom. With his wife and daughter, they built a rewarding, free life in America and are grateful for the opportunities they now enjoy.
In his spare time, he pays it forward by teaching CNC programming at Bergen Community College. He is also a passionate sailor and he and his wife spend weekends and vacation time sailing the Northeast waters on their new home, a 42’ Catalina.

Dave Cranstoun came to Triangle as a CO-OP in the summer of 2015 and was hired full time in the spring of 2017. Hi is now a Manufacturing Engineer. Nicholas Magro first came to Triangle as a college CO-OP in the summer of 2017. He was hired full time in 2019 and is now a Quality Engineer.
They share a unique perspective having had this CO-OP opportunity in their careers. This advantage has become their compass as they navigate their roles as mentors to the CO-OP class of 2022. They have been collaborating for months to make sure they provide extraordinary learning experiences for these future Engineers.
