January 14, 2025 Opposition View: Fulham, with Simon & Dom
It is welcome to the London Stadium for Graham Potter on Tuesday night as West Ham take on high-flying Fulham.

The new manager's reign kicked-off with a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa in the FA Cup and there were enough positives on show for their to be a real intrigue in how we will get on against a Fulham side that has caught the eye this season.

To get all the insights on the Cottagers, we talk to The Sun's Simon Rice and Dom Betts from the Fulhamish Podcast on the brilliance of Marco Silva, the key players to watch, their recent change in formation and how ex-Hammer Issa Diop is getting on.

January 13, 2025 287. New era, new manager (again)
Graham Potter’s West Ham reign begun with a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa in the third round of the FA Cup, but there were positives to take.

Will and James react to the unusual end for Julen Lopetegui, which saw him take training despite him knowing he was going to be sacked. Awful conduct or the harsh reality of football

We also discuss the appointment of Potter and the performance in his first match in charge.

December 18, 2024 285. Forever stuck in 14th
It was a hard-earned point for West Ham on the road against Bournemouth.

Will and James break down the game and if Julen Lopetegui is finally beginning to find a system that works (sort of).

The Premier League table remains tight with us not far off Europe or the bottom three! What way are we heading?

It is our last pod of the year as we take a Christmas break, so we reflect on 2024 and our hopes for 2025.

December 13, 2024 Opposition View: Bournemouth, with Craig from UTCIAD
West Ham travel to high-flying Bournemouth on Monday night. Two sides where the mood around the clubs could not be more different.

We preview the game with Cherries podcaster Craig from Up The Cherries In All Departments.

Craig offers some great insight on Bournemouth's stunning rise up the football pyramid, their brilliant manager Andoni Iraola, and how the talented attacking duo of Antoine Semenyo and Evanilson will hurt the Hammers.

December 10, 2024 284. Thankful they're worse (somehow)
The Julen Lopetegui can has been well and truly kicked down the road.

Will, James and special guest Tom discuss a much-needed but not impressive win over Wolves (somehow they are worse than us and that is the only reason why we won).

The boys break down Lopetegui's bizarre tactics, strange subs and inability to see the obvious areas where it is all going wrong. Does he dodge the sack for the entire season?

There is also chat about Mohammed Kudus's form, Jarrod Bowen's brilliance and Michail Antonio's car crash.

December 05, 2024 Opposition View: Wolves, with Will from talkSPORT
The ultimate 'El Sackico' is here. Somehow both Julen Lopetegui and Gary O'Neil are still in work but the loser on Monday night is almost certainly out the door.

Both teams come into this having suffered shockingly bad results in midweek. The Hammers' 3-0 loss to Leicester incredibly did not win the worst result of the week as Wolves were smashed 4-0 by a bang average Everton side.

We discuss where both clubs should go next given the inevitable sackings in store and why it has gone so wrong this season.

December 02, 2024 283. Crash back down to Earth - including a Leicester opposition view
Disastrous, depressing and dismal. All that hope from the Newcastle game evaporated in 45 minutes at the hands of Arsenal.

Will and James are back to chat about where it all went wrong against the Gunners and we also look forward to an absolutely huge game against Leicester, with an opposition view bedded in with Jake Watson from The Big Strong Leicester Boys Podcast

Despite the awfulness of West Ham's performance, there are reasons to be happy as Will has made a pledge that will be music to many listeners' ears (you've heard of Dry January, it is time for Dry Moyes'.

Also, James goes on a rant about Arsenal's "dark arts" in one not to miss.

And after things kicked-off in the stands (not just every few minutes on the pitch in the first-half), we discuss how to stop letting away fans in our home end.

November 29, 2024 Opposition View: Arsenal, with the Deluded Gooner
There is little time to bask in the glory of that exceptional Newcastle win as Arsenal are in town!

Will is joined by CJ Needham (aka the Deluded Gooner) to preview Saturday night's London derby.

It is a must-win game for Arsenal as they trail leaders Liverpool by nine points and a loss to the Hammers will give them a mountain to climb. Can West Ham ruin their title hopes for the third season running?

The lads also discuss the return of Declan Rice and the way he is being used tactically by Mikel Arteta. Plus, CJ tells us exactly how his side will score beyond Lukasz Fabianski.
