Our guests today are Russ and David from LiveKit. LiveKit is an open source WebRTC platform aiming to help connect thousands of people in live, interactive digital experiences. LiveKit is enabling builders to connect audio and video sources from hundreds or thousands of users in dynamic ways. Enabling spatial audio and dynamic adjustments allowing people to see and hear in much more organic ways.

As the digtial world continues to evolve, these sorts of tools are going to prove invaluable to builders, and will enable users to have more natural interactions online.

In developing passage, we have been pushing the limits of existing WebRTC platforms, and we wanted to talk to Russ and David about the challenges of building dynamic comunication systems for the metaverse.

This week's episode is an adaptation of a live AMA that we held last Friday. Discord members submitted questions about Passage and Strange Clan and we got on to give them some answers. This project would be nothing without the community that has developed around it. Our guest today is Gabby Dizon, co-founder of Yield Guild Games, a gaming build and DAO dedicated to investing in NFT games and assets and lowering the price barrier for Play to Earn games like Axie Infinity. In 2018 Gabby began loaning his Axies to players who couldn't afford to buy their own. It quickly became clear that this could open up a new source of income for a lot of people so Gabby and his team began building Yield Guild. To-Date, they've invested in more than a dozen games, and are announcing new partners all the time.

Our guest today is David Hanson, CEO of Ultra, a game hosting platform leveraging blockchain and NFTs.  Our guest today is Caleb Natale. Caleb does collect some NFTs, but that's not really why I'm talking to him today. Caleb is what I would call a special effects illusionist. He makes magical videos that make you want to watch them several times, just to see if you can see through the illusions.

Caleb's videos have garnered millions of views and Caleb has gone viral multiple times on multiple platforms. At the time of this recording, Caleb has 182,000 followers on Instagram and 1.8 million on Tiktok. I wanted to learn how he first took off, what he believes is the reason he has reached so many people, and how he comes up with his visual effects illusions.
